  3. Have the following ready: your dig area information, the type of work you are doing and the date you require locates to be completed by. It’s easy and at no charge to you!

Landscape Alberta Nursery Trades Association

is a voluntary trade association for the ornamental horticultural industry across Alberta and Saskatchewan. LANTA members are involved in various sectors of the ornamental horticultural industry, and the association represents Arborists, Garden Centres, Landscape Contractors (Installation and Maintenance), Lawn Care Applicators, Nurseries, and Sod Producers.

 

The Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA)

Is a national body linking together nine provincial member associations in the landscape, horticulture and nursery industries across Canada.

 

Clean Plants Program

The Canadian Nursery Certification Institute (CNCI) was founded in 2005. Developed by industry, it is the overall mandate of CNCI to administer nursery certification programs in Canada.

 

Western Nursery Growers Group and Prairie Tested Trees

The Western Nursery Growers Group has developed a recommended tree list that was based on the results of the WNGG tree trial that ran for eight years (2008-2016) and/or from WNGG member’s personal experiences when growing these trees.

 

Alberta Regional Lily Society
The Alberta Regional Lily Society was formed in 1983 by enthusiastic lily fanciers. Their mandate at the time has not changed – the Society’s main objective is as follows:

  • To promote interest in growing lilies and to act as a source of information to Society members and to the gardening public for the genus Lilium and other Liliaceae.
