Birch – Parkland Pillar®
Discovered at Parkland Nurseries in Red Deer, AB, this new Birch has a very columnar form and is very uniform. In trials, at 6 years, it was about 1 m wide and 5 m tall. Current info suggests a 2.5 m spread and 10 m height at maturity. Dark green leaves turning a rich golden yellow in fall. First Editions.
