Herb – Rosemary Barbecue
Barbeque Rosemary is a woody herb that is commonly grown for its edible qualities, although it can be used as an ornamental plant as well. The fragrant green needle-like leaves are usually harvested in late summer. The leaves have a sharp taste and a pungent fragrance and are delicious in many culinary dishes including lamb, chicken, turkey and fish. The sturdy stems can also be stripped of the leaves and used as a skewer on the BBQ.
