Herb – Sage
This selection of the Common Sage can be grown in the garden or containers, as both a culinary herb or an ornamental. The foliage is a pretty grey-green fuzzy leaf, flowers a delicate spike of lavender. Clip flowers off to send the energy growth into the plant. Sage is an integral part of poultry stuffing and pairs well with squash, risotto and other pasta dishes.
